Heart rate, in plain language

Your ring reads your heart rate continuously. Safe-Alert learns your personal resting rate over a few days of wear, then tells you what a reading actually means — instead of leaving you to guess.

• At rest: "Steady and calm — keep it up."
• Up, and moving: "Looks like exertion, not distress. Nothing to do."
• Up, while you're still: that's the fear / pain pattern — Safe-Alert checks in and offers to guide your breathing, call your doctor, or send an alert.

The home screen keeps the essentials in reach: your contacts, alert history, the security agency line, a readiness check, an arrival check-in timer, and a Coverage view that spells out exactly what happens when you trigger an SOS in your state.

A timer that watches your back

Heading somewhere and want a backstop? Set a safety check-in. Confirm you arrived and it clears. Miss it, and Safe-Alert escalates a full SOS to your contacts with your last location — automatically.

The System Status panel checks the things that have to work in an emergency — ring, contacts, PIN, location, credits, server — so you're never guessing whether you're actually covered.

Know it works before you need it

An untested panic button is one you won't trust when it counts. Safe-Alert lets you drill both halves of it:

• Practice SOS — do it exactly like the real thing: hold the button, watch the countdown, practice cancelling. It sends a real message to your contacts, clearly marked as practice, with a delivery receipt.
• Ring Readiness Drill — timed: forget → pair → trigger. Get graded on how fast you can bring the ring live under pressure, and beat your best.

Set it up right, once

Learn & Practice walks you through connecting the ring, teaching it your trigger pattern, and avoiding false alarms. It also tells you the truth about the ring: it talks to your phone over Bluetooth, so keep the phone within about 10 metres — the ring is for when your phone is on you but unreachable, not left behind.

Get the people around you protected

Invite friends with your code. When someone joins, pays for a plan and finishes setup, you earn Safety Credits and premium time — spent inside Safe-Alert on renewals, the family plan, accessories or ring upgrades. Never cash, never a recruitment chain.
