Hold the SOS button on your SafeAlert ring for 3 seconds, or shake your phone rapidly three times in a row. You can also press the SOS button inside the app. All methods instantly notify your emergency contacts with your live GPS location.

SafeAlert's server monitors your connection 24/7. If your phone goes offline during an active alert, our server immediately sends your last known GPS location to all your emergency contacts and retries until connectivity is restored.

Open the app, tap the flashing red alert banner, then enter your 4-digit safety PIN. The alert is cancelled immediately and your contacts receive a "false alarm" notification. You have 10 seconds after triggering before notifications are sent.

SafeAlert currently supports Colmi smart rings (R02, R06, R10 series) via Bluetooth Low Energy. We are actively adding support for more rings. The SafeAlert ring (currently in pre-order) is fully optimised for all features.

On Android, go to Google Play → Subscriptions and select SafeAlert. On iOS, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You can request account deletion from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. All your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
